Designed and developed recruitment processes to identify multicultural candidates, leadership behavioral change models which enabled agency executives to increase Hispanic market penetration through goal alignment, accountability, and best practices.
Identified and developed relationships with multicultural Centers of Influence (COIs) and community based organizations (CBOs) to support branding and marketing efforts.

In Mexico, assisted a start-up facility to hire and train its workforce. Designed, developed, and implemented standard operating procedures at the operator level.
